Group Fitness

Looking for a really fun way to get fitter and stronger? Come and join in to one or more of our classes.

Led by our qualified instructors, there’s quite a variety on offer to suit different training goals, and times. Classes are for 45 minutes and include warm up and cool down.

"As Many Rounds as Possible", involves doing a series of exercises over and over. Its an intense workout that improves heart health and muscular endurance.
